•  Position: Facilities/Management Attendant.

•  Salary: 16-17$ per hour /about 700$ per month.

•  Job Type: Full-time, Part-time and Seasonal.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

The minimum education and experience requirements for this position are 1 year custodial and facilities management experience along with basic education as low as High School diploma or equivalent. Alternatively, demonstrating the required skills for the job is also acceptable.

Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:

To outshine in this field, you should have the work potential and good understanding of how things which typically is attained through experience. You should know how to manage different things at a time. Familiarity with record keeping and intermediate education of business and statistics is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

As a management attendant of Popstroke, it will be your duty to maintain the cleanliness, regularity and management of the golf course and facilities for daily play. You will have to do various indoor and outdoor tasks to prepare the golf course.

As a management attendant, you will be in charge of almost every department including sanitation, event setup and coordination, housekeeping, safety and compliance, supply and inventory and last but most importantly customer service department and much more.

It will be your Responsibilities:

•  Supervise and manage the performance and activity of staff members including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

•  Ensure satisfaction of customers including golfers and patrons of dining and entertainment facilities and provide them with high quality customer services.

•  Handling day-to-day operations of the golf course, including tee time bookings, course maintenance, and overseeing the dining and entertainment areas.

•  Managing inventory levels for both food and beverage offerings and golf course supplies.

•  Handling cash management, financial reporting, and ensuring budgetary compliance.

•  Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as any legal requirements.

Shift and schedule:

Popstroke provides its employees with flexible shifts shedule which means full-time as well as part-time jobs are available which in my opinion is its biggest benefit. The convenience is not limited to this only, Popstroke prefers not only day but night shifts which is a great opportunity for Night Owls (hope you know who they are).
